Litauisches Museum der Landlebensweise liegt 80 Kilometer von Vilnius und 20 Kilometer von Kaunas entfernt. Das ist eine große, einzigartige Exposition der originalen Gebäude aus den litauischen Dörfern und Gutshöfen auf dem Territorium von 176 ha.
In vielen Gebäuden wird die Interieurexpozition eingerichtet. In einigen Häusern kann man auch Handwerker bei der Arbeit beobachten (die Verfertigung der Töpfe, den Webprozess, die Schnitzarbeit u.a.). Während der Saison finden hier die ethnographische Konzerte, die Konzerte der Volkslieder und traditionelle Festivals statt.
